2. In safeguarding Users’ personal data, the Administrator takes particular care to ensure its protection. Users’ personal data will be protected at least to the standard required by applicable legal regulations, particularly the GDPR.

o Establishing and pursuing claims – based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which includes pursuing and defending against claims.
o Sending the newsletter – based on the consent given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); providing Personal Data is voluntary but necessary to use this service.
o Establishing contact – based on the consent given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); providing data is voluntary but necessary to establish contact.

§6 Recipients of Personal Data

Data may also be shared with entities that process data on behalf of the Administrator, particularly those providing IT, hosting, or software services. Additionally, your data may be shared with other administrators, such as postal or courier services.

§7 User Rights

§8 Data Retention Period

  1. Personal data collected in connection with contract conclusion and performance is stored for the contract’s duration, and then (with limited scope) for the period indicated by legal regulations necessary to fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations.
  2. Personal data processed based on your consent is processed until the consent is withdrawn or until the data is no longer used by the Administrator.
  3. Data collected and processed to meet legal requirements is stored for the period indicated by legal regulations.
  4. Data processed based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest is stored until an objection is raised unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

§10 Information on Joint Data Controllership with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited

  1. The Administrator and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) are joint controllers of your data under Article 26 GDPR for statistical and advertising purposes.
  2. Joint control involves aggregated data analysis to display activity statistics for the Administrator’s Fan page users.
  3. The responsibility of Meta Platforms Ireland for data processing includes:
    o Having a legal basis for data processing for page statistics,
    o Enabling rights for data subjects,
    o Reporting breaches to regulatory authorities and notifying affected individuals,
    o Implementing technical and organizational measures for data security.
  4. The Administrator’s responsibility for data processing includes:
    o Having a legal basis for data processing for page statistics,
    o Fulfilling information obligations regarding data processing purposes.
  5. Meta Platforms Ireland provides the essential content of the page statistics agreement to data subjects via information on the Page Insights supplement, accessible on all pages.
  6. The primary supervisory authority for joint processing is the Irish Data Protection Commission.

§11 Cookies

§13 Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to modify and update this Privacy Policy. All changes will be announced on www.fundertable.com in the Privacy Policy section.
  2. This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 1, 2024.
